They serve as a bridge between management and technical staff, making key decisions on software architecture, coding standards, and development processes. Technical Leads also mentor team members, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure that the project meets quality and timeline requirements. Their role is crucial for aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

How does an IT Technical Lead typically balance hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities?

  • Assist engineering and product teams with telecom-related testing support.

  • Follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution and excellent customer service.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal IT systems, processes and automation.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.

  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.

  • Experience supporting macOS and Apple hardware.

  • Experience administering Google Workspace.

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions (Mosyle or similar).

  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and endpoint management.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Experience writing automation scripts (Shell or Python) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles is a plus.

  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Confluence, GitLab, Adobe, JetBrains, and Zendesk.

  • Supporting SOHO IT solutions for Internet/Wifi setup, management and configuration (Cisco Meraki or similar)

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting telecom or networking environments.

  • Experience working with SIM provisioning or mobile devices.

  • Experience managing hardware logistics or inventory.

  • Experience working in a startup or global organization.

  • Spanish or French language skills are a plus.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with an international, fast-growing technology company

  • Collaborative, inclusive, and innovative culture
