Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Tech Specialist to provide onsite technical support for corporate office staff and retail store teams. The Specialist will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth technology operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily IT support to office employees and retail store associates.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and POS terminals.
• Set up and configure new equipment (PCs, monitors, scanners, POS registers).
• Install and maintain software, OS upgrades, and security patches.
• Support SAP access, user issues, printing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve POS hardware issues (receipt printers, scanners, payment terminals).
• Ensure network connectivity (wired & wireless) stability.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding tasks for accounts, access, and hardware.
• Work with support tickets, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide bilingual support in Korean & English.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bilingual Korean/English – Required
• 2+ years IT support experience (office or retail environment preferred)
• Experience with: Windows OS, macOS, iOS
• Experience with: Microsoft 365
• Experience with: Basic networking (wired/wireless)
• Experience with: Remote support tools & ticketing systems
• Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• SAP & POS troubleshooting experience (preferred, not required)
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or other certifications a plus
