Job description

RESTAURANT IT SYSTEMS ANALYST
WASHINGTON, DC
THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD.
THE BEST-ISH BAGELS IN THE WORLD.
OUTTA THIS WORLD OPPORTUNITY.

DEEPER THAN BAGELS

Call Your Mother is the Jew-ish deli where Boca meets Brooklyn, grandma-level hospitality meets seriously good bagel sandwiches, and hard work meets face-melting vibes.

Husband-and-wife team Andrew and Chef Dani built Call Your Mother around a simple idea: make scrumptious, nostalgic food and unforgettable experiences without being bougie or taking ourselves too seriously. From our first little farmerโ€™s market stand in 2018, to shops across the DMV, Colorado, Chicago, and Philadelphia in 2026, weโ€™re spreading carb love all over the map and our ovens are just getting warmed up! Weโ€™ll take bagels to mars if the locals are hungry up there.

WEโ€™RE HIRING A RESTAURANT IT SYSTEMS ANALYST!

Weโ€™re looking for a handsโ€‘on IT Systems Analyst to keep the technology behind our growing group of Shops and Support Office running smoothly. Youโ€™ll troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while managing system configurations, applications, menus, and technology projects. We are seeking a detailโ€‘oriented problem solver who understands that reliable systems, and a strong sense of urgency, are essential to keeping a fastโ€‘paced, multiโ€‘location restaurant business moving. Youโ€™ll also deliver an excellent support experience, approaching every interaction with high energy, professionalism, and a solutionsโ€‘focused mindset aka our CYMโ€™s core values; Vibrancy, Integrity, Belonging, Energy, and Seize the Moment (VIBES).

This position is based in our Washington, DC office and typically works Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend availability is required to support critical business needs and complete projects with minimal disruption to shop operations.

If youโ€™re picking up what weโ€™re laying down, keep reading!

YOU'LL CRUSH THIS ROLE IF YOU...

  • Familiarity with restaurant technologies such as POS, online ordering, delivery, loyalty, gift cards, kitchen systems, labor, inventory, or reporting platforms.
  • Experience supporting new restaurant openings or multiโ€‘unit technology deployments.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing menus, pricing, permissions, or production configurations.
  • Ability to manage competing incidents, requests, and project assignments in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proactive and selfโ€‘motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Some knowledge of integrations, APIs, programming languages, reporting tools, or IT serviceโ€‘management practices.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL REALLY BE DOING
