Job description

Clinician Support Specialist
The Clinician Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our clinical care teams by facilitating efficient workflows, enhancing patient service, and ensuring seamless coordination across assigned clinicians, facilities, and patients. This position includes in-person support within skilled nursing and senior living communities, preparation for clinician rounding, data entry, scheduling, documentation support, and serving as a key liaison between Eventus providers, facility staff, residents, and families.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred
  • Minimum one year of patient care experience highly preferred, medical scribing experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, supportive, and professional approach
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical environment
