Essential Job Functions
  • Be abreast of unit functions and obligations
  • Collect and distribute unit correspondences
  • Maintain unit filing system
  • Assist with research related activities
  • Run errands to various campus units
  • Retrieve and disseminate postal mail
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Enrolled in either a graduate or undergraduate degree program; Upperclassman or graduate student minimum 60 credits for undergraduate students, 24 credits for graduate students) possessing familiarity with or experience in policies and regulations.
  • Good academic standing (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is preferred) and demonstrated success in the course to be tutored
  • Good conduct standing
  • Successful completion of online student employee application
  • High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically, the ability to work as self-starter.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer software packages, and
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
