Job description

Company Description

SimFit — a gamified fitness app and future health ecosystem where users train, compete, and stay motivated through real-time workout games and AI personalities. https://simfit.app/

This is a pre-seed stage startup with a working prototype (wearable → gameplay loop), and now I’m looking for a technical cofounder to take this from 0→1 and scale it into a high-engagement consumer product.

What you’d own:

  • Product architecture (mobile + backend)
  • Real-time gameplay + multiplayer systems
  • Wearable integrations (Apple Health, etc.)
  • AI-driven experiences

What you’ll be responsible for beyond code:

  • Shaping product direction and core engagement loops
  • Running fast build–test–iterate cycles to find product-market fit
  • Actively fundraising (investor conversations, technical vision, diligence)
  • Helping define company strategy alongside me

Who I’m looking for:

  • Strong full-stack / mobile and games builder with expertise in AI
  • Has built and shipped real products and/or previous startup founder
  • Thinks in engagement, not just features
  • Excited about digital health, gaming, AI, or consumer apps
  • Wants to build something from the ground up

This is a true cofounder role (equity)
