What is an IT startup?

An IT startup is a newly established company that focuses on developing innovative technology-based products or services. These startups typically operate in the information technology sector, working on software, hardware, or digital solutions to solve specific problems or address market needs. IT startups are known for their agility, creativity, and potential for rapid growth, often leveraging cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, cloud computing, or mobile applications. Many IT startups seek funding from investors to scale their business and bring their ideas to a broader market.

What are some common challenges faced when working at an IT startup, and how can new employees best adapt?
