Job Summary:
Applied Technical Services, LLC is seeking an IT Support Tech I to support their IT department. This role involves coordinating hardware and software requests, maintaining asset inventories, and providing first-level technical support.
Responsibilities:
• Stage new systems for deployment by the IT helpdesk
• Perform basic Active Directory user management
• Serve as primary contact for IT hardware requests
• Procure IT hardware including workstations and peripherals
• Complete receiving of IT hardware to support invoice processing
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and lifecycle tracking
• Serve as primary contact for IT software requests
• Procure and track software licenses
• Procure company cell phones and hotspots through vendors
• Maintain cellular device inventory records
• Support documentation of IT systems and environment
• Assist IT team with projects and other assigned tasks
