We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer for our RMM/UEM group, with deep technical experience in IT-admin. In this customer-facing, pre-sales role, you'll partner closely with account executives, channel partners, and customers to deliver compelling demonstrations, guide proof-of-value (POV) trials, and position our solutions as the trusted choice for managed service providers (MSPs) and mid-market alike.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct Pre-Sales Product Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities and benefits of N-able's products through engaging and informative demonstrations to prospective partners.
  • Manage Prospect Requirements: Understand the unique needs and challenges of our prospects and provide technical assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Trial Orientations and Walkthroughs: Lead trial orientations and walkthroughs, highlighting N-able's strengths and capabilities, to help potential partners make informed decisions.
  • Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with market trends to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Assess and address client requirements during product deployment, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Offer Best Practices: Provide design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying N-Able products to their networks, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in pre-sales engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.
  • Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show demonstrations, and onsite training engagements
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills to build rapport and trust with partners.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects efficiently to meet specific deadlines.
  • The capability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, and work autonomously, demonstrating nimbleness and proactive problem-solving.

This position has a starting annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) $114,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year, with a pay mix of 70/30 (base/commission). Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
