Your job

  • Oversee the development and updating of technology, cyber and data risk management policies, standards and processes
  • Define and deploy training and awareness initiatives for stakeholders
  • Monitor risks and ensure alignment of internal controls with regulatory requirements
  • Produce indicators, dashboards and analyses to support decision-making
  • Analyze major incidents, identify causes and follow up on action plans
  • Support and influence stakeholders in terms of risk governance and compliance

Prerequisites

  • Relevant bachelorโ€™s degree and 8 years of experience; OR masterโ€™s degree and 6 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity or data risk management
  • Solid experience in risk governance in complex and regulated environments
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSFI, AMF)
  • Proficiency in the guidelines governing technological and operational risks (E.G. B-13, B-10, E-21, A-1)
  • Knowledge of recognised cybersecurity and governance repositories (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT)
  • Knowledge in Audit, Compliance or Financial sector experienceย 
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP) is a plus.
