A major organization in the technology sector is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead key digital initiatives. In this role, you will oversee a variety of IT projects, ensure the quality of deliverables, and promote hybrid and agile project management practices. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills and adaptability in a fast‑evolving technology landscape.
Mission
You will be fully responsible for the planning, coordination, execution and delivery of IT projects. Your mandate is to ensure that solutions meet business needs while respecting approved scope, budget and timelines. You will also contribute to process optimization and help improve project management practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Coordination
Manage all project activities, including business needs analysis, process changes, change management and data migration.
Plan, organize and track project tasks according to standard project‑management deliverables.
Maintain and monitor scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts and performance indicators.
Execution Management
Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and business expectations.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress, updates and key decisions.
Leadership and Collaboration
Lead, coordinate and support project team members; assign tasks and ensure strong team engagement.
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams and other project managers.
Lead or participate in change‑management activities across projects.
Versatility and Continuous Improvement
When required, handle business‑analysis tasks (requirements, solution definition, workshop facilitation).
