  • Drive project governance following established PMO standards
  • Facilitate executive communications and stakeholder management
  • Lead Organizational Change Management activities including communications, training and user adoption
  • Manage project risks, dependencies and issue resolution
  • Support infrastructure projects, enterprise applications, M&A integrations and technology rollouts
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and aligned with business objectives

What We're Looking ForRequired
  • 9+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Experience managing enterprise IT projects
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong project planning, scheduling and execution skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience coordinating infrastructure and application projects
  • Organizational Change Management experience
  • Experience working within an established PMO
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Business fluent in English and Mandarin

Nice to Have

  • PMP certification
  • CAPM certification
  • M&A integration experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure initiatives

  • Driving projects to successful completion
  • Keeping technical teams aligned
  • Communicating effectively with executives and business leaders
  • Managing competing priorities
  • Ensuring consistent project governance
  • Delivering measurable business outcomes

Why This Opportunity?
  • Global Fortune-level technology manufacturer
  • Diverse enterprise IT initiatives
  • Exposure to infrastructure, applications and acquisitions
  • Stable PMO environment
  • High visibility with executive leadership
  • Long-term career growth
