The Associate Director IT Business Management will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the IT business management functions within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, risk management, and the integration of IT processes to support the company's objectives. The Associate Director will collaborate with various departments to ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with business goals and will be responsible for managing IT projects, budgets, and resources effectively.


 

Your Primary Responsibilities:
 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT business strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the IT department.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risks by following established procedures, monitoring controls, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, allocation, and monitoring of expenditures. Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standards across the IT department.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate IT solutions that support business objectives. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and management.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team. Develop and mentor staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
