Project Manager - Technology Implementation

Location: Boston, MA


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, identify risks and dependencies, and provide clear communication to stakeholders and leadership.


The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive project leader with experience managing complex enterprise initiatives. Experience with technology or software implementations is preferred, particularly within financial services, capital markets, investment management, or another complex business environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and decisions.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, and next steps to leadership.
  • Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation, rollout, and business readiness activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance materials.
  • Identify blockers, drive resolutions, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations.


Qualifications
