This role resides within the COO function of FICC (Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities) Technology. Its focus will be on reporting and data quality for the PMO team. The key expectations will be to manage FICC horizontal reporting and data quality processes end to end and interface regularly between the central teams (GBAM COO PMO, Business Mgmt, PMs, and Risk and Controls) to the Technology organization and other GT&O LOBs.

Responsibilities:

Owner of all PMO reporting routines; This includes reports such as:

-Weekly accomplishments reporting for senior management

-Weekly data quality reporting

-PMO Scorecards

-Routine deck consolidation for various levels of the organization

-Master Plan/Capability Metrics reporting

Data quality steward for PMO function to ensure accurate reporting for various levels of the organization

Documents, revises, and maintains all program governance standards and routines

Subject matter expert on all enterprise and line of business PM governance requirements

Facilitator of enterprise toll-gating requirements

PMO Exit App Maintenance

Required Skills:

1 - 3 years of project management experience

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work across business groups and regions in a team environment

Strong presentation skills that tailor communication to suit the intended audience

MUST have an understanding of the key principles and frameworks of Project Management

Enthusiastic, energetic, determined, and positive - even under pressure

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
