Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Control Specialist to support our project management. Primarily responsible for the development of project claims, schedules, and budgets of construction projects, ensuring compliance and timely project completion in alignment with project goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Involved in the development of project claims, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against established baselines
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align project control activities with project goals
  • Adhere to project contracts
  • Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Strong bilingual skill in English and Korean required
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
