Description:
  • The ideal candidate is a senior/seasoned PM that can mentor and handle the coordination across internal and political elements. 
  • This project is local to Maricopa and Pima county implementing a vendor off-the-shelf customizable Adult Probation CMS. 
  • The candidate would ensure alignment of project goals with a fixed contract deadline. 
  • Must be able to strategically manage relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Should be able to anticipate potential issues and proactively work with the project team to develop solutions to mitigate risks. 
  • Manage the project budget with multiple funding sources for custom development and milestone payments. 
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to the governance group and to other entities requiring regular project updates.
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Seasoned project manager with 7-10 years of experience and has worked on complex software automation projects.
