Pay Rate Range: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour depending on experience

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through implementation. This role will partner with business and technical teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project management, PMO processes, stakeholder communication, and budget oversight. This individual will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, driving project execution, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that impact project success.
  • Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Provide regular project status updates, metrics, and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure projects follow established PMO standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability among team members.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance project processes and delivery methods.
  • Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned upon completion.

Qualifications
