Required Skills:
Experience in gathering, documenting and communicating business requirements and/or user stories - 10+
Defining and documenting business requirements, user stories, processes and workflows - 10+
Experience with organizing project teams and work plans for multiple projects -10+

Position Description:
Ensure contract management activities for all IT procurement are undertaken
timely with internal/external teams.
• Provide oversight and project management
• Make acquisition of products/services/technical staff in accordance with state
laws and Information Technology Services (ITS) procurement guidelines.
• Research, evaluate and acquire products based on need and solution desired.
• Create Request for Proposals (RFPs) by following the procurement guidelines for
the RFP process.
• Create other solicitations to acquire goods and services.
• Review/score proposals, bids and quote.
• Analyze information to determine the best products and services for the Agency's
Needs.
• Partner with ITS to obtain oversight and leadership on various IT projects.
• Communicate with the internal user community.
• Communicate with the external vendor community and potential vendors
