  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor budgets to operate efficiently.

Leadership & Staff Development 

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team successfully. 

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to staff and Personal Trainers.

  • Drive membership sales and retention through exceptional service and consistent follow-up practices.

  • Actively manage KPIs, including membership growth, personal training revenue, and member satisfaction scores. 

  • Build strong relationships with members, ensuring needs are met and feedback is addressed quickly.

Education & Experience 

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 

  • 1–2 years of Personal Training experience preferred. 

  • Prior management experience required (fitness, retail, or service industry strongly preferred). 

Certifications 

  • Certified in one or more nationally accredited Personal Training certifications (or able to obtain within 90 days of hire) 

  • CPR/AED certified (or able to obtain within 30 days of hire) 

Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. 

  • Daily physical activity includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and standing for prolonged periods of time.
