  • Track action items and ensure follow-through.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate issues when necessary to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Reduce rework and inefficiencies through structured planning and oversight.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the central coordination point between Engineering, QA, Product Owners, Divisional Leaders, and IT Leadership.
  • Communicate delivery status in clear business terms.
  • Align sprint execution with broader program and divisional milestones.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and competing priorities.
Hybrid Delivery Model Leadership
  • Operate comfortably in both Agile and structured project environments.
  • Understand when iterative sprint execution is appropriate and when milestone-driven planning is required.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning cycles.
  • Ensure documentation and governance standards are met where necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years supporting software development teams.
  • Experience working in Agile sprint-based environments.

  • Proven ability to improve focus and delivery accountability within technical teams.
  • Experience working with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align priorities.
Leadership Profile
  • Execution-focused and highly organized.
  • Balances structure with flexibility.
