Job Summary:
AAC Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex IT projects. The role requires a strong background in enterprise network engineering and the ability to manage high-visibility projects across multiple U.S. time zones.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or a related field plus 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex IT projects. Additional experience can be substituted for a degree.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Enterprise Network Engineering (routing, switching, firewalls) and hands-on experience managing ISP/Circuit deployments on a nationwide scale.
• Must have experience as a site deployment lead for network and internet installations at federal regional offices.
• In-depth proficiency in MS Project for schedule management, Visio for workflow mapping, and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be a proactive problem-solver capable of managing multiple High-Visibility/High-Priority projects simultaneously across all U.S. time zones (EST to PST).
• Must be able to make decisions quickly and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise briefings for non-technical Government executives and stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate a 'mission-first' mentality with the ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing federal environment.
• Must be a US citizen and capable of obtaining an Agency Public Trust clearance prior to start date.
Preferred:
• PMP certification is highly desired.
