Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional technical teams, coordinating project resources, supporting technology planning initiatives, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent IT projects from project initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Support technology planning initiatives, including software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate project resources by tracking team capacity, assigning resources, and balancing workloads across multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborate with software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues while escalating concerns as needed.
  • Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, change requests, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Track project performance using dashboards and KPIs, providing regular updates to project managers and leadership.
  • Coordinate vendor activities, third-party deliverables, and project communications.
  • Support Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes, documentation standards, and project governance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands on experience coordinating or supporting multiple IT projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in enterprise IT environments.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with resource planning, project scheduling, and technology implementation projects.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cloud, infrastructure, application development, or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
  • CAPM, CSM, or PMP certification (or working toward certification) is a plus.
  • Experience managing project documentation, reporting dashboards, and resource planning activities.
