ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement, and maintain information security controls across networks, endpoints, applications, and cloud services
• Monitor and triage security alerts from tools such as Darktrace NDR, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms
• Support incident response activities, including evidence collection, initial investigation, and escalation
• Assist with vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and patch management
• Help maintain security documentation, policies, procedures, and asset inventories
• Assist with third-party/vendor security reviews and questionnaires
• Participate in security awareness initiatives and help promote secure user behavior
• Perform routine security checks and operational tasks as assigned
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and incidents


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in information security operations, IT security, or a related technical role
• Familiarity with web application security concepts such as OWASP Top 10.

• Experience with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls)
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
