As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides first-level technical support, ensuring that our employees can work effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, walk-up traffic, emails, and helpdesk ticket requests for technical support.
  • Ticket management, triage issues, and resolve incoming IT support tickets using Zendesk ticketing system.
  • Maintain company asset records using the mobile device management platform.
  • Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID and other software platforms.
  • Create and maintain process and knowledge-based articles.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows, IOS and Android devices.
  • Support technology used in conference rooms such as Neat bars, Crestron, projectors and displays.
  • Perform data entry or other tasks to support our IT Department Management Team.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Must be available for occasional night and weekend work as needed.

Requirements
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues.
  • Great with computers, tech savvy with a high aptitude for learning technology.
  • Proficient use of Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Understands the fundamentals of troubleshooting skills with a desire for continual learning.

Education/Experience/Training:
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Looking for 1-2 years' experience, but seeking to train a recent grad or someone looking to change careers and start in IT.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $70,000-$78,000
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans

Physical Demands and Environment
  • Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Work requires the employee to bend, kneel, crouch, or reach as may be necessary to accomplish tasks
  • Work requires considerable mental concentration to effectively execute complex tasks requiring periods of focused mental and visual concentration
  • Works in a standard office environment
  • Occasional travel may be required
