In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our Saas software systems, as well as implementing and improving our internal IT systems. Administer user access and permissions for Industry Specific Vendors and Cloud SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Dropbox, Notion, and others.
Collaborate with the IT teams to build and implement new systems and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Troubleshoot issues and outages internally as well as with 3rd party support teams, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Validate changes by testing programs and ensuring high levels of performance and data governance.
Implement and maintain data governance policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Train users on new systems, provide support, and develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models as needed. Assist Solution Architect / Project Manager Ensure deadline and budget

Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Analyst, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of systems, software, cloud services, and SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, Dropbox, Microsoft 365, etc.).

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Cloud Essentials+, Salesforce Certified Administrators, etc.) are preferred.
