Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting databases, professional networks, career fairs, and other channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and interview panels while ensuring a structured and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer preparation, and start-date coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies and procedures.
  • Support career fairs, networking events, university partnerships, and recruitment outreach initiatives.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and support hiring decisions.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions.
  • Strong candidate sourcing experience using:
    • LinkedIn
    • Job boards
    • Online recruiting databases
    • Professional networks
    • Recruitment events
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience with resume screening, phone interviews, candidate evaluation, and interview coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 4+ years of recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for technical or IT positions.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft or other HRIS platforms.
