They ensure that digital systems (IT) and industrial control systems (OT) work together securely and efficiently. Their role often involves managing cybersecurity risks, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and facilitating communication between technical teams. IT OT Managers play a critical role in industries like manufacturing, energy, and utilities, where automation and data-driven operations are essential.
