Job description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The IT Operations Intern will directly assist the ETG Operations Department with a wide range of projects related to IT systems and application support. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of IT Operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Server System Support and Maintenance
  • Application Support and Maintenance
  • Network Operations Monitoring (NOC)
  • Maintaining documentation and runbooks

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Information systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize
