Technology Operations Analyst (Database Access Management)
We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.
Location: Chandler, AZ (Preferred); Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Columbus, OH
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Information Security, Database Administration support, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience provisioning and managing database access, including:
    • Creating and disabling user accounts
    • Managing privileges and role assignments
    • Access governance and compliance activities
  • Experience with one or more database platforms:
    • Oracle
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Teradata
    • PostgreSQL
    • Yugabyte
    • DB2
  • Experience using ticketing or workflow management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, ART, PAC2000, or similar.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user access incidents.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational tracking.
  • Experience supporting enterprise access management and security operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provision, modify, and revoke database access for internal users.
  • Partner with database and application teams to determine appropriate levels of access.
  • Review and process access requests in accordance with security policies and operational procedures.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user access issues.
  • Monitor and manage requests through ticketing and workflow systems.
  • Support operational and compliance-related initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and technical stakeholders.
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate operational records.
