  • Present technical recommendations, project updates, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications of the IT Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in information technology, infrastructure, systems administration, IT operations, or a related field.
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or supervising technical resources.
  • Experience supporting and managing business technology environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and operational responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications of the IT Manager:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to develop and guide technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, work in deadline-driven environments, and collaborate across departments.
