Job Title: IT Manager

The IT Manager will play a key role in leading the Information Technology department. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of successful IT management. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of information systems and technology solutions to support the city's operations and initiatives.


**Responsibilities:**


1. **Strategic Planning:**

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the city's goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.


2. **Team Leadership:**
