Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Market Director of Information Technology & Services for a senior healthcare IT leadership opportunity in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This 100% onsite position provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services across an assigned healthcare market and requires healthcare IT leadership experience in multi-site or enterprise environments.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Market IT&S Director aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions supporting clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities. This leader partners with enterprise IT, facility executives, clinical teams, financial leadership, and other stakeholders to drive technology strategy, operational performance, cybersecurity, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
COMPENSATION
$101,000-$136,000 annual salary
SCHEDULE / WORK ARRANGEMENT
100% onsite in Lake Havasu City, AZ
Normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Schedules may vary based on business necessity
ROLE
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services across the assigned market.
Serve as the primary liaison between market/facility leadership and enterprise IT.
Lead market IT strategic planning and align technology initiatives with market, facility, and enterprise goals.
Participate in enterprise governance and support data governance, cybersecurity, and technology standards.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations across assigned facilities, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support services.
Ensure high availability and performance of clinical and business systems.
Ensure IT service management, incident response, and change-management processes are consistently implemented and monitored.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA and HITECH and participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
Lead or support enterprise IT initiatives including EHR upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, digital transformation, and technical-debt reduction.
Champion change management, staff training, and adoption of new technologies.
Build strong relationships with facility leadership, clinical teams, enterprise IT peers, external vendors, and partners.
Partner with financial leadership on cost-containment strategies and alignment of technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and revenue generation through technology.
Lead, mentor, and develop the market IT team.
Support workforce planning, succession management, and staff engagement.
Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery using data analytics, benchmarking, and enterprise performance metrics.
Promote adoption of emerging technologies that advance patient care, operational efficiency, and data security.

Requirements

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field OR 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
5+ years of progressive IT management experience REQUIRED
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments REQUIRED
Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management REQUIRED
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams REQUIRED
Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development REQUIRED
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT REQUIRED
Ability to relocate to or reside in the Lake Havasu City area and work 100% onsite REQUIRED
Preferred
Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations
