About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a technology team supporting initiatives across Real Estate, Business Lines, and Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering small to medium-sized technology infrastructure projects associated with office technology installations, renovations, new builds, relocations, and decommissions.
This role requires a strong project management background combined with hands-on knowledge of technology infrastructure and corporate real estate environments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, schedules, and deliverables simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver small to medium-sized real estate technology infrastructure projects on time, within budget, scope, and quality expectations.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring priorities, dependencies, schedules, and deliverables are effectively coordinated.
- Plan and coordinate technology procurement, logistics, installation, configuration, testing, deployment, colleague support, and decommissioning activities.
- Understand and align applicable IT standards with Real Estate project requirements and designs.
- Coordinate with Business Partners, IT teams, Real Estate teams, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
- Facilitate project meetings, requirements gathering, build coordination, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Track project financials and provide accurate reporting and presentations to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation and artifacts in accordance with team repository and governance requirements.
- Monitor project progress closely and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure project plans are clearly defined and effectively executed.
- Drive projects through all phases while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery quality.
Projects may involve some or all of the following technology areas:
- Telco circuits
- Wired and wireless networks
- Audio/Visual (AV) and video conferencing
- Workstation technology
- Printers
- Servers
- Phones and other onsite technology equipment
- Technology installations and renovations
- New office builds and technology deployments

- 8-10+ years of overall professional experience, with approximately 10 years of IT Project Management experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and technology projects.
- Experience delivering projects within commercial real estate, corporate workplace, office technology, or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and onsite technology deployments.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project/task tracking.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, tracking, financials, and analysis.
- Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Clarity or similar project management tools.
- Strong spreadsheet, financial tracking, and reporting experience.
- Experience with video conferencing and Audio/Visual technology projects.
