Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support effective handoff to operations and support teams at project completion.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts within the PMO.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience delivering and supporting IT projects across the full project lifecycle with delivery ownership.
