Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead and support global technology operations across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This leadership role is responsible for managing distributed operational support teams, ensuring service continuity, and driving operational excellence across domestic and international locations.
The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, infrastructure engineering, and operational support. This individual will serve as a senior technical authority, designing and overseeing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and on-premises solutions while ensuring compliance with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include managing end-user support services, infrastructure operations, network and security engineering, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, incident response, and IT/OT integration initiatives. The role also supports mergers and acquisitions, vendor management, project delivery, and operational governance processes.
Successful candidates will have extensive experience leading technical teams, engineering enterprise solutions, and supporting complex IT and OT environments, including industrial control systems, network security, and IT/OT convergence.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a systems engineer, infrastructure engineer, or solutions architect.
  • Experience supporting both IT and OT systems, networks, and operational processes.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and enterprise operations.
