The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer manages the company's information technology (IT) Infrastructure, network, and core enterprise IT services such as email, IdP, IAM, virtualized servers, cybersecurity, and VoIP. This senior position works with managed services partners and professional services to plan, guide, and direct the strategic maintenance, lifecycle management, cybersecurity, and transitions to newer innovative technology solutions through thought leadership, experience, and industry best practices. You will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet and exceed company strategy and objectives with solidly aligned IT strategies and roadmaps. You have vast experience and knowledge in technology and systems. You have a solid hands-on technical background with the ability to communicate in business terms as well as effectively collaborate with cross functional IT teams. Your goal is to ensure Nordic Naturals employees and IT systems are maximally effective and disruption free.

  • Lead the technical management of IT infrastructure for the company, including storage, backup, servers, virtualization, and networks
  • Analyze, optimize, and test disaster recovery capabilities of critical business systems and infrastructure

  • Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information and facilitate IT security audits or investigations
  • Secure IT infrastructure, proactively leveraging Identity and Access Management tools, Role Based Access Control, as well as responding to the SIEM
  • Write and maintain IT infrastructure documentation
  • Share knowledge with and mentor other IT staff for departmental growth
  • Management of data backup and recovery
  • Partner with other IT professionals to cohesively move the collective IT roadmap forward

Pay, Benefits & Perks:
The estimated annual pay for this role is $135,000 to $165,000. This pay is an estimate and the exact compensation may vary depending on an applicant's location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may also include incentive compensation (i.e. bonus or commission) if applicable.
