HAS THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE:
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPERVISOR
Position Summary: The IT Supervisor leads the daily operations of the organization's Information Technology department, ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of technology services. This position supervises IT staff, oversees infrastructure and cybersecurity, provides technical leadership, and supports strategic technology initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Duties Include: Supervise, assign, and review the work of IT staff responsible for network administration, systems support, cybersecurity, and end-user services. Oversee the installation, maintenance, monitoring, and performance of IT infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and business applications. Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinate system upgrades, patches, and technology refreshes, and lead or participate in infrastructure and modernization projects. Monitor system security and compliance with IT standards, manage vendor relationships and service contracts, support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, assist with technology budgeting and asset management, collaborate with departments to identify technology needs, and provide technical guidance and support to staff.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and five (5) years of progressively responsible IT experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365), cloud services, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL, or project management are preferred. Occasional after-hours work, on-call availability, and the ability to lift and install IT equipment may be required.
Hiring Range $93,922 - $112,706
