The Senior Manager, Operations and Implementation - Talent Acquisition Technology leads digital transformation initiatives that improve how Walmart attracts, assesses, selects, and hires talent. This role conducts discovery, operational assessments, benchmarking, and process design to identify opportunities and develop future-state experiences, operating models, and transformation roadmaps. They translate business needs into product requirements and partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to prioritize investments and deliver digital capabilities aligned to business outcomes. The role drives program governance, stakeholder alignment, deployment readiness, adoption, and performance measurement, ensuring new technologies and processes deliver measurable value and sustainable improvements at enterprise scale.

  What you'll do:
  • Lead enterprise-scale hiring transformation initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and optimization.
