Job description

Job Summary:
AA2IT is a company providing IT support services, and they are seeking an IT Field Service technician to provide on-site support to clients. The role involves traveling to client locations to perform break-fix and IMAC calls for various IT devices including printers, laptops, and servers.
Responsibilities:
• IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• TOP 2 ? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system.
• Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Key skill is Printer Breakfix.
• However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
• OC (on call)? Yes, after completing all required Certs and training.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Overnight travel from Sunday - Thursday
• Onsite at client location during normal business hours
• Driving to client sites and providing general IT support
• Experience with printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices
• Hands-on hardware repair (printers, PCs, POS, etc.)
• Use of power tools (e.g. drills)
• Familiar with the ticketing system
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• On call after completing all required certifications and training
• Willingness to work overtime or after-hours as needed
• Location within 50 to 60 miles of Coffeyville, KS
Preferred:
• 2-5 years of experience
• A+ certification
• Lexmark certifications and experience
• Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs
• Experience with Dell and Lenovo equipment
