Job description

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Workforce Management System RFP process.
  • Partner with the Business Analyst to gather, validate, and document requirements from business units.
  • Facilitate discussions with customer stakeholders to align priorities and objectives.
  • Drive and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of requirements for vendor submission.
  • Manage vendor engagement, including RFP responses, product demos, and evaluation processes.
  • Provide clear governance, reporting, and communication across stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develop and present the implementation roadmap (2026-2027) for the shortlisted solution.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within IT/ERP domains (Workforce Management Systems strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience managing vendor RFPs, evaluations, and product selections.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver results under aggressive timelines in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
