The Digital Workspace Platforms Engineering Manager leads the engineering strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of Deloitte's enterprise digital workspace platforms, including end-user computing, M365, collaboration tooling, and productivity services. This role is responsible for translating platform strategy into scalable, reliable, and secure engineering solutions that enable more than 150,000 US practitioners to work seamlessly across hybrid environments. Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in digital workspace engineering, end-user computing, or enterprise platform/infrastructure engineering
- 6+ years of technical expertise in M365 platform engineering including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID including but not limited to:
- Strong understanding of zero-trust architecture, endpoint security, and enterprise identity management 1+ year leading platform engineering teams and managing technical roadmaps
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional engineering programs with executive-level stakeholder communication
