Project Overview:
We are building high performing teams to deliver complex EPC heavy civil project and looking for motivated, hands-on, collaborative innovators, doers, and problem solvers. The projects are hydro power generation with scopes including roadway development, significant structures including dams, spillways, tunnel waterways, inlet/outlet structures, hydromechanical equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, and site facilities and buildings. Job Summary:

This role requires the person to provide hardware, software and automation support for personnel on a large, complex project in Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and supporting a project network as well as laptops, mobile devices and software for this project. #LI-VB1
Major Responsibilities:
  • Provides IT operational /technical support on the project.
  • Work with the Project IT Lead to establish IT requirements to support the execution of the project
  • Implements and supports IT hardware deployments, network infrastructure systems and software, following and adhering to Project IT procedures, standards, and security requirements
  • Coordinates with the project disciplines to evaluate new software, upgrades, enhancements and security patches.
  • Leads requirements reviews with functions and other business stakeholders.
  • Provides metrics for IT governance compliance.
  • Provides input and updates to the Project Automation Plan, Disaster, Prevention and Recovery Plan, Software Portfolio, Application and data integration schematics, and project IT handover and Closeout plan.
  • Manage the project file server, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint site.
  • Deployment of Teams voice endpoints, and support for conferences and meetings.
  • Develops moderately complex IT reports, dashboards and automates workflows
  • Provides input to technical scopes of work for contractors
  • Recommend process improvement solutions.
  • Development of IT support guides and user training.
  • Procurement and management of IT assets using tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Planning, tracking and completion of IT scheduled activities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Microsoft Fundamentals courses related to Azure, M365, Teams and SharePoint administration desirable.
  • Worked on large EPC/Civil Infrastructure projects, preferably in North America
  • Ability to identify, track, escalate, and resolve problems using basic techniques and methods of troubleshooting end-user problems.
  • Excellent SharePoint / Teams / Teams Voice / Office 365 skills
  • Experience writing IT scope of work documents
  • Knowledge of software and integration architecture for document management, project controls, Autodesk suite, workflows and dashboards.
