Job description

Insight Global is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Deployment Technician to support large-scale hardware installations and rollouts. This individual will play a hands-on role deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and install IT hardware including desktops, monitors, printers, copiers, label printers, dashboards, and related equipment
  • Unbox, stage, and prepare devices for deployment
  • Provide on-site support during hardware rollouts and go-live events
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues during installation and setup
  • Ensure all equipment is properly configured, tested, and fully functional
  • Assist with post go-live testing and end-user support

Duration:ย 12-month contract

Requirements:

  • 1โ€“2+ years of hands-on deployment or hardware installation experience
  • Experience with imaging, configuration, and cable management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with end users
  • Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay:ย $19-23/hr (Based on experience, education, certifications)
