  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with employees at all levels - both on-site and across the company - and coordinate effectively with a remote IT team
  • Strong customer service orientation - patient, approachable, and solution-focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying aligned with a distributed team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through discipline
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Comfortable being the sole on-site IT presence and taking ownership of local operational outcomes
  • Reliable and dependable - comfortable with the accountability that comes with being the local point of contact
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over office IT health and user experience

Technical Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience providing on-site IT support in a corporate environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or another MDM solution
  • Basic networking knowledge - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, switching
