We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology team. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary point of engagement between business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology, leading business engagement, technology intake, and requirements discovery to ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and prepared for successful execution. You will play a key role in strengthening collaboration, improving planning, and helping Enterprise Technology deliver solutions that create measurable business value.
Your Role on the Team
  • Business Partnership
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders to understand departmental goals, operational challenges, and upcoming initiatives, and technology needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Technology intake, facilitating business discussions and guiding new technology requests through the intake and evaluation process
  • Business Analysis & Intake
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify business problems, define desired outcomes, and document business and functional requirements
  • Evaluate technology requests for completeness, business value, strategic alignment, and organizational impact before they enter the project portfolio
  • Portfolio & Project Readiness
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology leadership to support technology planning, prioritization, and roadmap development
  • Prepare initiatives for successful project planning by documenting business context, scope, assumptions, business requirements, and success criteria
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions between business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology to build consensus, clarify priorities, and support informed technology decisions
  • Communicate Enterprise Technology priorities, decisions, and initiative status with business stakeholders to establish clear expectations throughout the planning process
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify trends, recurring business needs, and opportunities to improve business processes, technology services, and Enterprise Technology intake practices
  • Measure business outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements that strengthen Enterprise Technology services and business engagement

Your Skills and Experience
