Position Responsibility Summary:

  • Primary Function - Asset Accountability (PWS 1.16.10, 1.16.10.1, 1.16.10.2, 1.16.10.3): Provides dedicated on-site Asset Management, performing all inventory, receiving, tracking, and transport functions IAW applicable Army regulations to manage a high-volume daily workload across 11,400+ items.
    • Cross-Functional Equipment Support (PWS 1.16.6.4):* Cross-trained in Service Desk Equipment Support to coordinate hardware deployments and track equipment moves/adds/changes in conjunction with Desktop Support/Field Technicians. Creates a seamless handoff between asset accountability and end-user provisioning, allowing for real-time ASTS/DPAS record updates from the field and preventing discrepancies between property books and deployed assets.
