You'll oversee restoration and rebuild projects from estimation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability while mentoring others and shaping the client experience.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGERAs a Project Manager, you take full ownership of every restoration project, leading from kickoff to completion with precision and purpose. You'll scope losses, prepare detailed estimates, and manage budgets to ensure every project stays profitable and on schedule. You'll keep teams, subcontractors, and resources working in sync, driving progress while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. You'll engage directly with homeowners, adjusters, and insurers to build trust, communicate clearly, and keep expectations aligned. You'll stay ahead of potential issues, solving challenges quickly and keeping work moving without delay. You'll also mentor junior project managers and supervisors, building their skills and ensuring consistency across every job you touch.
