SALARY: The salary range for this position is $94,668.29 to $133,073.24 for Schedule A, and $94,668.29 to $126,419.57 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater

Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B. The Judiciary offers a strong opportunity for growth.

The Information Technology Analyst 3 candidate will have advanced knowledge of Audio/Visual physical and administrative deployment, Telecommunications device configuration and troubleshooting including Zoom Room and Teams Room environments, Group Policy, Active Directory, Network troubleshooting including physical connectivity through logical configurations, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), SharePoint 365 online user access and audience targeting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is preferred. Competent understanding of scripting and development in various environments.

This role requires a collaborative team player with strong decision-making abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a strategic mindset for planning and evaluation. The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach to solving complex IT challenges and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position at times will require the selected candidate to install equipment located under desks and in the ceilings and can require the use of a ladder to assist with specific project work.

REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access. Example of Duties The selected candidate(s) may be required to work a non-traditional work week, which may include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays.

Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field related to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, human-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity and three years of professional experience in: analyzing, designing, programming, troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, testing, defining business requirements, training and/or installing computer systems applications OR planning, acquiring, installing and implementing telecommunications facilities and services, wide area networks, or local area networks OR generating and maintaining system software OR business analysis which may include defining and gathering business and functional requirements, analyzing and validating data and/or documenting test plans OR business analytics OR data analytics.

Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience related to the area to which the applicant is applying on a year for year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits. A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university and one year of additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience related to the area to which the applicant is applying may be substituted for the required education. An associate degree from an accredited college or university, in a field related to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, human-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience related to the area to which the applicant is applying may be substituted for the required education.

An associate degree in any field from an accredited college or university and three years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional IT technical experience or experience related to the area to which the applicant is applying may be substituted for the required education. A master's degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, human-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity may be substituted for the required education OR one year of experience. Education Note: Degrees conferred outside of the United States must be evaluated by a recognized evaluation service.
