Position Overview:
As a Health and Fitness Coach, you’ll play a key role in coaching, motivating, and guiding members to reach their personal fitness goals. You’ll design customized workout plans, provide safe and effective training, and foster positive relationships with members to keep them engaged and progressing.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members.
  • Create personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals and abilities.
  • Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions.
  • Motivate and hold clients accountable to their fitness plans.
  • Educate members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Promote personal training programs within the club to increase engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment.
Qualifications:
  • Current certification from a nationally recognized organization (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion for fitness and helping others improve their health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Prior training experience preferred, but not required.
