CRNA opportunity to join a supportive care team at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY! Prefer a CRNA with OB experience. Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC) is an award-winning 470+ bed healthcare facility and teaching institution serving borough residents as a leader in the areas of acute, medical and surgical care, including emergency care, surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, pediatrics, podiatry, endocrinology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, neonatal intensive care and maternal health. Staff members work in a care-team model.

Responsibilities
Case assignments: Acute, medical and surgical care, including, OB, emergency care, surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, pediatrics, podiatry, endocrinology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, neonatal intensive care and maternal health.
Pre-anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
Schedule: 24-hour CRNA position will require 73, 24-hour per year (approximately 6 days/month)
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Salary: $330k
Sign-on package (Bonus with/without retention; Training Assistance, or; Loan Repayment): $100K
